Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Tender on the inside, crispy on the outside. It doesn't get much easier than this!

  • 2 lbs brussel sprouts (package, rinsed, dried)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked, crumbled)
  • 4 tbsp grapeseed oil (to toss)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


  • Preheat oven to 425° F.
  • In the bowl, toss brussel sprouts, bacon, salt, pepper, and oil.
  • Evenly distribute mixture into an oven safe cooking dish or sheet, sprayed with cooking spray.
    Roasted Brussel Sprouts -
  • Stir about 1/2 way through cook time.
  • Roast at 425° F for about 45minutes or until browned.


For extra flavor, drizzle with a balsamic reduction while hot. YUM!
To save time, you can use packaged bacon crumbles. Just be sure to use real bacon.
