Jalapeño Popper Dip

This easy jalapeño popper dip is one of my go to party appetizers. Rich cream cheese, spicy diced jalapeños, savory bacon and sharp cheddar are topped with crispy Ritz crackers and baked until warm and gooey. Easily adjust the heat by adding or removing the amount of jalapeños. This is always a big hit at our parties!

  • 1 8 x 8 casserole dish

Ingredients
  

Dip Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese softened
  • 8 slices bacon cooked & crumbled, you can also use precooked bacon
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 4 oz can jalapeños diced & drained
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup chives fresh & diced

Topping Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ritz crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 5 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Spray an 8x8 casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Using a large spoon, blend cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add to cream cheese mixture, bacon, mayo, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese & chives. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to casserole dish. Spread evenly in dish.
  • In a small bowl combine Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese & melted butter.
  • Sprinkle evenly all over the top of the dip.
  • Bake the dip for about 25 minutes or until bubbly and the top is nicely browned.
  • Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips, carrots or celery!
