Buffalo Chicken Dip

This buffalo chicken dip is one of my favorite appetizers! Perfect for game day, tailgate parties or just because you want some buffalo chicken! Since it’s made in a slow cooker, it’s literally a dump and go kind of appetizer….it couldn’t be any easier!

  • 1 2-quart slow cooker


  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (I prefer Frank's)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


  • In a 2-quart slow cooker, combine the chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, blue cheese, buffalo sauce, green onions, and garlic powder.

  • Cook on low for 1½ hours.
  • Mix well. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, veggies or toasted baguette slices.
