Apple Crumble

These individual apple crumbles are sugar and spice and ooooh so nice. Perfect for fall!

  • 2 ramekins



  • 1 apple (peeled, cored, and sliced into small cubes)
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Streusel Topping

  • 3 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)


  • Gather ingredients.
  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Get started with the apple filling. In a small bowl, toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  • Divide apples into 2 individual ramekins and press them slightly. Set aside.

  • For the streusel topping, mix flour and sugar, then add melted butter. Mix with a fork, until mixture clumps together into crumbly balls.

  • Sprinkle crumble evenly on top of the apple mixture.

  • Bake for about 30 minutes, until topping is golden brown, and apples are tender.
  • Serve warm and top with ice cream or whipped cream, or both!


My husband and I absolutely LOVE this fall treat! We found this pairs well with a port wine, as it brings out the spice of the cinnamon and nutmeg. Enjoy!
